      • The dual-purpose sink written procedure was not available in the facility-Ensure there is written procedures onsite for the dual-purpose sink used for handwashing and reprocessing of tools.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • 1. An unlabeled bottle of product was found under the washroom handwash station. Operator labelled it.-Ensure all bottles of products and/or cleaning chemicals are labelled so their contents are known.2. Bulk of hand cream and body lotion were stored for client use in the washroom. Operator removed it.- Ensure double dipping into bulk product is prevented.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • A chair with fluffy blanket covering was placed near the client bed. Operator removed the item-Ensure all surfaces must be easily cleanable and non-porous to moisture.
