- Ecolab Sink and Surface sanitizer is used. Sanitizer solution in bucket was tested below the required level for this product. Staff refilled with new solution dispensing at appropriate strength. Please ensure sanitizer is changed as often as necessary to maintain adequate sanitizing levels.

- I called Fernando and he informed me that the new dishwasher has been delivered and will be installed within the next few days. Fernando will let me know when the dishwasher is operational.

- The dishwasher has not yet been replaced.Eagle lab will be delivering and installing the dishwasher within the next week or so.In the meantime chlorine sanitizer is being added to the dishwasher.Anura will send an e-mail when the new dishwasher is installed.
