PreEmpt CS20 expired on February 10, 2026. 3. The high-level disinfectant tray was too small to fully immerse the large metal foot files. Large metal foot files were available in various areas within the facility. Ensure a suitably-sized high-level disinfectant tray is available. The large metal foot files need to be fully soaked. Alternatively, remove the large metal foot files from the facility.4. High-level disinfectant logs were not maintained. The last record available was dated September 29, 2024.

- 1. The puncture-resistant container used for disposal of callus shaving blade disposal did not have a tight-fitting lid. 2. Sharps were not being properly disposed of after each use. There was a used callus shaving blade on the shelf behind the puncture-resistant container.

- 1. Refectocil tints were missing labelling information - instructions for use and list of ingredients was required.2. The waxing pot was missing a cover. A cover is required for the waxing pot to prevent contamination while not in use.3. There were more waxing strips than waxing sticks in the garbage, indicative of staff double-dipping in the waxing pot. Double-dipping is not permitted.4. There were two unlabeled spray bottles at the reprocessing area. One container had a milky light blue-coloured liquid, and the other container had a clear-coloured liquid. Label the spray bottles with its contents and keep the original bulk supply on-site to verify labelling requirements.5. The decanted cosmetic products stored in the washroom were not properly labelled with its proper contents.6. Spoons were being stored in the bulk supply of cosmetic products.
