      • ** - unfinished wood observed in produce preparation room. All surfaces must be smooth, cleanable, non-absorbent, and durable in food prep areas. Refinish or replace.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • ** - sanitation was poor in all warehouse floors and shelving, the produce preparation floors, shelving, and doors, both walk-in coolers within the warehouse areas (floors/walls/ceilings). Some food aisles require more thorough cleaning on the floors and behind shelving. A buildup of grime, dust, mouse droppings, spills, and debris was observed in areas identified.
