- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- No chlorine test strips were available onsite to measure the concentration of the chlorine from the low temperature chemical dishwasher in the kitchen. Please ensure test strips are ordered and available onsite.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Two soap dispensers for the various handwashing sinks was not properly working. One dispenser was not dispensing any soap and the other was empty and when operator attempted to put in new container, the cover did not close. Please ensure both soap dispensers are properly working.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A gap and light was observed coming from the backdoor leading to the outside garbage area. Please ensure weatherstripping is repaired/replaced and no light is visible to prevent the entry of pests.
