      • Observation(s): Sharp knives are accessible to children on the upstairs kitchen counter in the 30 month to school age room. When this was brought to the managers attention, they were removed from children's reach.

    • Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?
      • Observation(s): - An outdoor table shown to the manager has peeling finish that is slivered and sharp. The manager closed off this third outdoor play space from use until the table has been safeguarded or removed. - Area carpet in the downstairs room has curled corners and edges that pose a tripping hazard. Removed during inspection.
      • Ensure the facility, furniture, equipment and fixtures are clean and in good repair; 13( 2 )
      • Equipment, furniture and supplies must be sturdy, safe, easy to clean and free from hazards; 15( 1 )(a)
