      • QUAT-based disinfectant (Healthguard) was used against manufacturer's instructions (the expiry date was missing on the label and the date stamped on one of the bottles was 2021). Ensure that the disinfectants are used according to the manufacturer's instructions.Note: The chlorine bleach spray bottles nozzles were not operational in Room 1 (toddler) and Room 3 (junior preschool). Please be advised that Quat-based disinfectant must not be used for disinfection of diaper changing tables (Room 1), and chlorine bleach disinfectant must be used.
