- QUAT-based disinfectant (Healthguard) was used against manufacturer's instructions (the expiry date was missing on the label and the date stamped on one of the bottles was 2021). Ensure that the disinfectants are used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

- There were no records available for the food prepared at other location (catering company). Ensure that records include time when the food was prepared, temperature and time when food left the facility, and temperature and time when food arrived/served at the facility. Ensure that a plan is available in a case the received food temperature is inadequate (cold perishable foods over 4C or hot perishable foods under 60C).
