      • Handwashing sink in back area was blocked and unaccessible. Handwashing sink must be dedicated for handwashing and must be always accessible for handwashing.

    • 23(1)(b) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to (b) allow adequate cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance.
      • A door of a prep cooler at front was observed broken. Plastic material was used to seal the area. The temperature was satisfactory. All equipment in a food establishment must be kept in good repair. You must repair the prep cooler door.
    • 29(2)(b) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (b) insects, rodents and other pests are controlled;
      • - Rodent droppings observed on the lids of 4 containers in walk in cooler. All lids were replaced with clean and sanitized lids at the time of inspection. Rodent droppings observed in a container of cooked noodles in walk in cooler. Noodles were discarded and container was left to be washed and sanitized in 3 compartment sink. - Rodent droppings observed on the floor in walk in cooler, outside walk in cooler, on the shelves of storage cabinets at front. All food contact areas affected by rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. All other areas affected by rodent droppings must be cleaned and sanitized. - Cleaning schedule must include daily monitoring and cleaning for rodent droppings in the facility at both opening and closing times.
