      • Containers of vegetables in the walk-in cooler were being covered with cloths and a soiled apron. Staff immediately removed the cloths and apron and replaced them with tin foil.

      • There were multiple containers of vegetables being stored in the walk-in cooler without lids. Operator put lids on the containers before the inspection was completed.

      • There were bowls in the bulk ingredients being used as scoops. Please ensure that all bulk ingredients have adequate scoops available to mitigate the likelihood of cross-contamination.There were onions being stored on the floor of a shower. Please ensure that all food items are stored off of the floor to mitigate pests and cross-contamination. The rolling drawer that vegetables are stored in was repaired with duct tape. Duct tape is an inadequate material as it is not easily cleanable and can therefore lead to cross-contamination. Please ensure that all materials that come into contact with food are smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.The rolling drawer that vegetables are stored in had a build-up of grime and food debris. Please ensure that it is adequately cleaned.
