    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Food handling not in agreement with and in contravention of previously agreed upon restrictions in conjunction with the Fire Department have been and are being performed.The owner has been directed to cease any and all cooking that requires the usage of the stove, with no more food preparation for personal use permitted. Food preparation for commercial use is now limited to the steamer for dumplings, the cooking of rice and the microwave, and other forms of food handling that do not generate excessive heat and/or require exhaust ventilation to remove deep frying or grease producing vapors. This will remain in place until such time that an acceptable means of exhaust ventilation with suppression as specified by the Fire Department has been installed to their satisfaction.The owner has been given permission to take food items and ingredients cooked or being cooked on the stove or in the oven home for personal consumption.

    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • The leak underneath the three compartment sink remains and was noted to be affecting only the hot water tap, the valve of which has been turned off. No food preparation of any kind may take place until the leak has been fixed. The owners' representative indicated that they plan to begin repairs today and will notify SHE once completed.
