   • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
     • 1. A stool that an artist was using to sit on was worn in some areas and some areas were covered with duct tape. The Artist said they will place a cover on top while tattooing. 2. A black vinyl pillow had a small crack. The Artist said they would be placing a cover on top of the pillow during the tattoo service.Recommended both be replaced so surfaces are easy to clean and disinfect.
