      • 1) The wall in the newly constructed sink area needs to be painted. It appears to be Gyproc which is absorbent. 2) There were no baseboards around the floor/wall interface in the new constructed sink area. 3) The carpet up the wall was fraying and in disrepair. Ensure it's repaired/secured and doesn't pose a hazard to kids.
