- The main drain outlet covers (Aquastar P18101) for Howler, Twister and Tropical Typhoon, which expired on August 5, 2024, were reported to be replaced. However, an updated anti-entrapment compliance plan assessing the entrapment risks had not been developed and was not available for review. Develop a new anti-entrapment compliance plan reflecting the current equipment and submit the plan for review to Environmental Public Health.
