      • Observed clear liquid in unlabeled spray bottles by the 3-compartment sink and front area.Operator indicated one by the sink is for cleaning and the front area one is water.Correction:-Education provided on importance of labelling, especially clear liquid in spray bottles.-Spray bottles labelled at the time of inspection.-Ensure that chemicals, cleansers and other similar agents associated with or required for the operation or maintenance of the food areas are clearly labelled to identify their contents.

      • Chlorine sanitizer test strips were not available.The operator was aware of making proper concentration of chlorine sanitizer but unable to find the test strips.Correction:-Education provided on importance of having appropriate sanitizer test strips-Ensure chlorine sanitizer test strips are available.

      • Chlorine sanitizer was at less than 100ppm in concentration. Operator was instructed to prepare a new solution that measured 100ppm. Please ensure the sanitizer solution is checked periodically to ensure proper sanitization of surfaces and utensils.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwash sink at the back is faulty. Please repair to facilitate regular handwashing.
