NO COOLERS OR HOT HOLDING UNITS FOUND INSIDE MOBILE FOOD DISPENSER AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL COOLERS MUST REACH AMBIENT AIR TEPERATURE OF 40 F OR BELOW AND HOT HOLDING UNIT MUST BE ABLE TO REACH 180 F.
