     • The Tancho hair dye is not to be used for henna skin application. It contains an ingredient called paraphenylenediamine (PPD) which is listed as a restricted ingredient on Canada's Cosmetic Ingredient Hot list. PPD is not allowed as an ingredient in cosmetic products that are used on the skin.Operator agreed not to use the Golecha henna cones because labelling information was not available. The following labels are required for cosmetic products: product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and list of ingredients.
