- -The handwashing station at the front area was not equipped with soap solution.Action taken:-Staff was instructed to place a handwashing soap dispenser at the sink.-Please ensure that the handwashing sink must be accessible, supplied with hot/cold water supply, paper towels and soap dispenser.
