      • Water damage was observed on the ceiling in the bathroom. Some paint was peeling and there were two patched areas that require finishing and painting. Cut out and remove all previously water damaged materials, replace with new material, patch and paint so that the surface is smooth and cleanable.

      • Hot Water measured at 57.6C.> Hot water was monitored at approx. 37-38.5C throughout the program.
