      • General sanitation in some of the rooms is poor.-In the toddler room, some of the toy shelves are dirty, and the cupboard doors also look dirty.-The cupboard below the sink in the pre-school room AND in the OSC room are very dirty.-In the preschool room, the play kitchen is dirty.

      • Water damage was observed on the ceiling in the bathroom. Some paint was peeling and there were two patched areas that require finishing and painting. Cut out and remove all previously water damaged materials, replace with new material, patch and paint so that the surface is smooth and cleanable.

      • Hot Water measured at 57.6C.> Hot water was monitored at approx. 37-38.5C throughout the program.
