    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • There was no warm/hot water available at the handwashing sinks in junior toddler room, preschool room and one of the taps in OSC room. Director contacted maintenance immediately to have this checked and ensure warm water is available.

      • Due to staff absences different staff called to report the OB but it appears that not correct reporting number was used for every call which resulted in delay in notifying AHS outbreak coordinator. Please ensure staff handling reporting outbreaks is aware of the correct number.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Employee did not spray entire surface of the diaper change mat with sanitizing solution after diaper change. PHI asked to ensure that mats are properly sanitized after each use.
