      • The diapering mat in the Imagine room was torn, exposing the inner material and hindering proper cleaning and disinfection. The operator promptly discarded the damaged mat.In the Shine room, the garbage bin used for soiled diapers was not equipped with a lid.The operator ordered a new diapering mat and a new garbage bin. Purchase receipt has been provided via email. Please provide photos of the new items upon receipt.
