      • - Sanitizer is not being used for utensil ware-washing and sanitizing food contact surfaces prepared 200 parts per million QUAT sanitizer in 3 compartment sink for equipment sanitation during the inspection. No test strips available in the facility for verifying sanitizer concentration.
      • - Ensure to deep clan and sanitize equipment and utensils at least every 2 to 4 hours. - Obtain test strips for verifying sanitizer concentration (e.g. 100 to 200 parts per million for Chlorine sanitizer or 200 to 400 parts per million QUAT sanitizer

      • - Ensure staff have FoodSafe or equivalent certificated in the absence of operator.
      • Comments Yummy Shawarma Express within the store was permanently closed since the first week of July 2025. Initial inspection conducted for issue of new operating permit for the Yummy Grab and Go section that mainly sells bubble tea and scooped ice-cream. ? Provided an updated application for food facility to our office for creating a new file. General Comments - QUAT sanitizer solution is store mixing ration for 200 parts per million sanitizer. 50 ml sanitizer in 10 liter water/ - Ensure Tapioca Pearls are hot-held in warmer and discard left overs stored at room temperature. - All coolers were at or below 4°celsius and ice-cream freezer below -18°celsius. - Hand wash sink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid had soap and paper towels. - Ensure all spray bottles are labelled. - Two compartment sink in the front will be mainly used for equipment ware-washing. Obtain a sink plug so one basin of the sink can be filled with sanitizer for sanitization. - Have dedicated air drying area set up for air dry8ing utensils so the 2-compartment sink can be dedicated for ware washing only. *Operating permit granted, condition on permit will be the same as the previously issued permit.**
