Found over 35-mice droppings in basement storage room, (at corner behind the right door & at the southwest corner of this room). Also noted the big gap between the 2-doors of this room, with at least 1/2 inch gap. Instructed to seal outer openings or existing holes, clean/sanitize the area & contact P.C.O.

      • Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Leaky pipe under 3-comp (middle comp), must be fixed.
