Bamboo Chopsticks Vietnamese Restaurant

Good vibe, pleasant stuff, tasty food. I'm lowering the rating because unfortunately all the tasty soups only have a meat base and I can't try them.

Been a few years. Had a craving for curry coconut based Asian soup. Thought I would stop in and try it. Have to be very honest here. Tastes like chicken noodle soup. Almost zero curry flavour and for sure zero coconut milk used at all. Very plain and generic for $18 soup. Closer to campbells chicken noodle soup than actual Asian curry. Would avoid and go to mad mango or basil leaf glenmore

I don't usually leave reviews because I'm lazy, but tonight I ordered the siagon stir-fry & a crispy spring roll and its probably the worst $30 I've ever spent. (Yes $30!) Noodles tasted old, sauce was wierd, prawns were dry, no crispy onions, and both portions were tiny. Which was fine because I binned it. Sorry Bamboo, you can do better.

My kids usually loves your fried chicken but tonight they didn’t like it because its super dry, its so hard to chew. I ordered for take out around 7pm with 4 color combo. Its the house fried chicken i am complaining about because of its texture. So sad it ended up to garbage

I really like Vietnamese food and this is pretty tasty but quite sweet for my palate. Good amount of food for the price and service is decent No idea why do many pics showed up. I can't delete them lol

We came here after driving 3 hours to Kelowna for the farmers market. We were hungry and saw this nearby. The food was delicious, especially the ___. It's very interesting. The food was very good, but very salty. The price was also pretty high too. If this was in Vancouver, the price would be $5 cheaper on every item. The worst part was the lady's customer service. It was horrible. We wish that we had lunch at the farmers market. At least the people there are way nicer.

Ordered veggie salad rolls over the phone today, went picked it up and drove all the way back to my place of work on my lunch hour only to discover that they gave me seafood rolls. I specifically told them when ordering that I cannot eat seafood (allergy) and to ensure they are veggie rolls. I had to drive all the way back to them to exchange the food and they wouldn't even give me a discount or refund for their mistake. I suggest you try a different restaurant as the service and the food here is sub-par.

Probably the worst Vietnamese food we have ever eaten! Would have given 0 stars if possible. Food is way overcooked the chicken is almost jerky. Sauce on one dish was overflowing and the other non existent! Don’t waste your money here! West side resturaunt is like a completely different place! A refund doesn’t fix a crappy business and if you didn’t make it right the first time I won’t be wasting my time to get served a horrible meal twice!

Close call... found a big piece of sharp glass in my banh mi. Almost swallowed it!

Delicious! Super good! Everyone is so sweet and caring with the food. You can tell a lot of love is given with food and service.
