- OBSERVED THE HAND SINK AT BAR AT THE FIRST FLOOR TO BE HEAVILY SOILED ON SIDES AND AROUND THE EDGES OF THE SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN HAND SINK AND MAINTAIN FREE OF EXCESSIVE BUILD UP OF SPILLAGE AND DEBRIS.

SINK WAS RECENTLY RELOCATED AND IS LEAKING. OBSERVED HOT WATER HANDLE AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE BASEMENT DISH AREA TO BE LEAKING WHEN IN USE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE LEAKING PIPE AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
