Observed houseflies thru-out bakery prep and storage area-approximately 15, Gnats around tree compartment sink bakery area-approximately 10 plus and one live roach along side of grease trap in bakery area. Instructed to remove all live activity, detail clean and sanitize and have licensed pest control service premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
