      • CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP, DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. CAULKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SPLASHGUARDS ARE MISSING, MUST REPLACE. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
