All clean single-serve cups/bowls must stored properly, with the lids indirectly touching prep/serving counters.

      • All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must provide a barrier or separation between the mop sink & a shelf for clean pots/pans to the left of sink, to prevent contamination. All cutting boards with deep/dark grooves must be replaced, to have smooth/easily cleanable surfaces.
