      • - The crib in the Infant 1 room was within reach of the window blind cords. Ensure that the cords are not low or easily accessible. The corded blinds should be secured using a blind cord safety device to keep the cords out of reach and reduce the risk of entanglement.- The crib in the Infant 1 room was in front of window. Please relocate the crib away from the window.
