- Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. NO HAND TOWELS WERE AVAILABLE AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINK OR THE RESTROOM. MANAGEMENT WENT TO THE STORE UPON MY REQUEST AND PURCHASED SEVERAL ROLLS OF PAPER TOWELS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
