INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE AN ADEQUARE VENTILATION HOOD SYSTEM OR OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE KITCHEN RATIONAL OVEN AND ITS SELF-CONTAINED FILTER/VENTILATION SYSTEM.
