      • Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. TEACHERS LOUNGE SINK IN PRIMARY BLDG. HAS NO HOT WATER; MUST RESTORE. BOYS WASHROOM IN MAIN BLDG. 2-NORTH HAS ONE SINK WITH A CONSTANT TRICKLE OF WATER BUT NO FLOWING WATER; MUST REPAIR. THERE WERE TWO SINKS IN GIRLS WASHROOMS OF MAIN BUILDING THAT WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. ENGINEER STATED THAT HE HAS A PROPOSAL FOR ALL SINKS WITH PROBLEMS TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACED. INSTRUCTED THAT ALL PLUMBING ISSUES MUST BE CORRECTED BY THE NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION.
