      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors under dry storage shelves must kept clean & stock/supplies must be elevated off the floor. Must fix the threshold on 2-side doors of the church's dining/function hall.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Loose baseboards around ice machine , opening around pipes of 3-comp sink, water-damaged walls st storage room & around ice machine must be addressed.

      • Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Must install an exposed handsink at the kitchen/dishroom area.
