      • All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The front grill exhaust hood has clogged up filters, clean the filters. The fryer area is full of grease buildup, clean up fryer area. Clean the ice machine interior door and sanitize it.
