- All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. 1st floor bar gun holders in poor repair also observed missing ice bin cover at same bar. Must replace damaged bar gun holders and provide protective barrier for ice.

- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Observed hole in wall underneath dishwash machine drainboard and dust build up on ceiling tiles at prep area. Must seal hole in wall and clean all unclean ceiling tiles.
