MUST REPAIR WATER DAMAGE ON WALLS AND AROUND WINDOW SILLS IN NORTH EMPLOYEE WASHROOM AND MAKE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.

MUST CLEAN THE VENT COVER ABOVE THE STOVE. MUST REPAIR HEAVY LEAK AT THE NORTH FURNACE/AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AND REMOVE LARGE CONTAINER BEING USED TO CATCH WATER. MUST ALSO REPAIR SMALL LEAK AT THE SOUTH AIR FURNACE/CONDITIONING UNIT.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES IN ALL AREAS. SEAL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND CEILINGS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS, ALONG BASEBOARDS ETC.

      • Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. REPAIR ALL LEAKS ON EXPOSED SINK IN SOUTH CLASSROOM, FAUCET ON 3-COMP SINK AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.
