- The flow meter gauge is no longer legible. Replace the flow meter gauge and ensure it replaced with a proper flow meter for SCH80 and/or SCH40 piping that is in place.

- Upon reviewing the operator's logs, there are gaps of missing information in daily records on occasion. Discussed the legislative requirement to ensure that parameters are being recorded daily when the pool is in use. Recommend chemical parameters be documented twice daily (a.m. & p.m.) when the pool is in use.

- The water level was too low to allow for adequate surface recirculation. Water was added at the time of inspection.
