- Empty cabinet in front service area: a glue trap noted with dead insects most likely cockroaches. 2025 -10- 6 observation - One small live cockroach was observed in an empty cabinet in the front area, and two dead cockroaches were found on a trap inside the same cabinet.- A minor fly issue was noted. No fly traps were available in the facility. It was recommended to install fly light traps. Ensure fly traps are installed away from food/food contact surface areas.The facility is working with a pest control provider. Pest control services are conducted regularly. The most recent service was conducted on September 18, 2025.Please take the following actions:1. Ensure traps are regularly replaced.2. Thoroughly clean and sanitize hard-to-reach areas such as floor corners and shelves.3. Clean up food spills and crumbs immediately.4. Empty and clean garbage bins frequently.5. Ensure doors remain closed when not in use.
