- 1. Various tiles around the pool deck area were cracked or loose during inspection. Please ensure all surfaces are maintained in good repair. 2. Door frame between pool and shower area and flooring around said door was observed to be not in good repair. Please maintain all surfaces in good repair. 3. Wall under windowsill adjacent from entry doorway has piece missing from wall, covered with white tape. Please ensure all surfaces are maintained as to protect the moisture barrier of the finishes. 4. The ceiling tiles near the main windows have been taken down revealing insulation. Operator informed inspector this was due to venting the area to water damage after water infiltration from the outside. Please put the ceiling tiles back when ventilation process has concluded. 5.Pool deck surface is dusty and has an accumulation of white residue that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in some areas. Please ensure all surfaces are maintained in a clean condition. 6. Pool liner is rippled and appears to be lifting along the seams. The accumulation of debris is visible in these ripples. Operator calls Watsons (pool contractor) for advice if needed. Operator was provided via email with resources on how to develop these documents. Please ensure written procedures are available at all times.
