- - Sanitizer spray bottle at 0ppm Quat- cloths not stored in sanitizer bucket- Dispenser by the bathroom at approx 0ppm Quat. Other sanitizer at the dishwash sinks at 200ppm. Please use this dispenser until the other one is fixed Once cloths are dirty or damp, they must be switched out for clean ones.

- - Cardboard boxes are being reused for “pizza by the slice” since March 28Cardboard boxes are single use use disposable as they cannot be properly washed or cleaned. Do not reuse cardboard boxes. Use material that is smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
