      • The dishwasher (Moyer Diebel unit) was leaking when in operation.Updates: i. Aug 6, 2025: the dishwasher was still leaking when in operation. Adequate final rinse temperature was being reached.ii. May 13, 2026: the dishwasher was leaking while in operation. Final rinse temperature was satisfactory.

      • There was a pair of black latex gloves present below the dishwasher sinks. Ensure all gloves are disposed directly into the garbage after use.

      • The dishwasher (Moyer Diebel unit) was leaking when in operation.Updates: i. Aug 6, 2025: the dishwasher was still leaking when in operation. Adequate final rinse temperature was being reached.ii. May 13, 2026: the dishwasher was leaking while in operation. Final rinse temperature was satisfactory.

      • The following areas need to be cleaned:i. The handles of the refrigerator units.ii. The flooring below the dishwasher/dishwasher sinks.iii. The inside of the food equipment storage cabinets (Ajay indicated the equipment within the cupboard was not in use).

      • *Debris were found inside equipment/utensil storage bins located by the dry storage area. Clean out bins and ensure clean equipment/utensils are properly stored. Corrected on site: equipment/utensils and bins were all removed and placed into dishwashing.

      • *Cleaning is required for the following areas due to the build up of debris, grime, and dust:-hard to reach area under the worktables and equipment-wall coverings throughout the kitchen -food prep area and equipment across from the cooking area -inside of all the stand-up coolers and freezers-inside all the microwaves

Discussed if ceiling tiles are no longer cleanable, replace. *Extra equipment and kitchen items not used by staff were noted throughout kitchen (e.g. slicer, small mixer, buffet equipment). Organize and clean kitchen, remove unnecessary items and designate area for storage of extra equipment/items.

      • *Staff personal item (e.g., phone) was observed in the food preparation area. Staff member was watching/listening to a video/music. Immediately relocate staff personal items to a proper staff area to prevent contamination of facility food products. Corrected during inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • *Observed frozen soup thawing at room temperature. Ensure food products thawed in a safe manner including in the cooler, under cold running water, in the microwave (then immediately cooked). Reviewed not keeping food products at room temperature for an extended period of time. Do not remove products from cooler or freezer until ready to work on them.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • * Ensure cleaning is done for the stand up fridge, grill area and in hard-to-reach areas. Areas were shown during the inspection.
