      • In the prep cooler,1)Cheese in the insert was measured between 6 to 7 degrees C.*Cheese was placed inside a working cooler by the operator.2)Donair meat was measured at 11 degrees C.*The Donair meat was discarded.-Ensure that the high-risk foods under refrigeration are maintained at 4 degrees C or less.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No chlorine test strips were present.-Purchase valid chlorine test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towels were present in the paper towel dispenser at the back hand washing sink. -Ensure that the hand washing sink is properly supplied with hot and cold potable water, soap and single use paper towels.
