     • Observation(s): The operator was advised that the meat cutting room should be maintained at below 4C. Despite processing meat in the Fall only, we cannot control the weather and there are often warm days during these months. Please install a cooling unit (AC or Heat Pump) that can ensure this room is kept at below 10C during usage.
