- Observation(s): 1) Please supply thermometer for the fridge. Fridge requires a thermometer as there are samples stored in the fridge that are provided to the public for consumption.

- F2.3 - Are equipment, food contact surfaces and utensils washed, sanitized and stored in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): 1) Sanitation plan notes: (Care of the fustis) add 100ppm bleach to warm soapy water. Items must be washed with warm soap water, rinsed and then sanitized with 100ppm bleach solution. Do not add the bleach to the soapy water as it a) can lessen the effects of the bleach (neutralize the sanitizer), and or b) depending upon the type of soap/detergent, cause noxious fumes when mixed with bleach. This was discussed with staff, and staff have been advised to wash first, then rinse and sanitize. Please update the wording on the sanitation plan to note this change. Please scan and email a copy of updated plan to EHO by January 13th.
- F2.3C - Manual dishwashing procedure must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
- F3.5 - Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
- Observation(s): 1) Designated handwash station blocked by shelving, however, staff have access to front hand sink, single sink in wash station. Use the secondary sinks until the handwash sink is unimpeded. Note: Staff resolved during inspection. CDI.

I thoroughly enjoy talking with the owner and staff here as they are so friendly and knowledgeable and the many products are fantastic. Beautiful store and displays. Great place to grab a really nice gift for someone as well! Try the black cherry balsamic—yum!

I would never use any other oils or vinegars—the white balsamic Raspberry vinegar is superb and the traditional is excellent, the garlic olive oil is a must purchase —you cannot go wrong with any of their products—all of your meals, dips and appetizers will be elevated to a new level!!!!

The employees are knowledgeable and passionate about their products. I'm going back today for the black mission fig balsamic.
