- Observation(s): • Wiping cloths, when not in use must be stored in sanitizer solution, or if you wish to use sanitizer in spray bottles, you can use a single use piece of paper towel to wipe and discard. Health Officer to provide infographic on this. Discussed with J.C., owner of Black Salt at the time of inspection as operator/owner of Gold Leaf was not present/shared facility.
