- Sterility assurance documentation from pre-sterilized needles/cartridges is not being retained for client's records.- Keep the information (manufacturer, Lot#) from the pre-sterilized items with clients' forms.
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- Some tattoo stations were disorganized, and personal items were present among clean supplies. - Maintain tattoo stations organized so adequate cleaning could be facilitated. Some Cavicide disinfecting spray bottles at the tattoo stations were expired. - Please monitor expiry dates of disinfectants and record the date on the spray bottles when refilling them.
