      • Some tattoo stations were disorganized, and personal items were present among clean supplies. - Maintain tattoo stations organized so adequate cleaning could be facilitated. Some Cavicide disinfecting spray bottles at the tattoo stations were expired. - Please monitor expiry dates of disinfectants and record the date on the spray bottles when refilling them.
