      • 1. Mouse droppings observed in Innovators (4-6 years) classroom.-Please thoroughly clean and sanitize all affected areas and engage a licensed pest control company to investigate and eliminate all pest activity within the facility.2. Holes and gaps observed along wall corners in the Innovator classroom and behind kitchen cabinets. -Please have the licensed pest control provider assess the building and daycare premises and ensure that all holes, gaps, cracks, and other potential pest entry points are properly sealed to prevent further pest intrusion.

      • Push pins were observed on the walls facility's corridor.-Please remove the push pins from the walls and use a protective material to attach items on the walls. Additionally, cover staple pins observed on the walls with adhesive tape. This is to reduce or prevent children's access to hazardous materials.

      • Torn diaper mats were observed in Tinkers 1 & 2 washroom.-Please replace the torn diaper changing mats to ensure that diapering surfaces remain smooth, non-absorbent, and in good repair, and can be effectively cleaned and sanitized after each use.

      • 1. Mouse droppings observed in Innovators (4-6 years) classroom.-Please thoroughly clean and sanitize all affected areas and engage a licensed pest control company to investigate and eliminate all pest activity within the facility.2. Verify the sanitizer concentration daily using the appropriate test strips and maintain the required concentration at all times.

      • Diapering belt is missing from the change pad in infant 1 classroom. Please ensure diapering mats have a belt.

      • First aid kit is missing emergency blankets and hand wipes. Please ensure the first aid kits are well stocked with essential supplies.

      • Dirty toy bin is not available in the classrooms. Please ensure a dirty toy bin is available to separate dirty toys.
