- - A glass cleaner bottle was incorrectly labeled as sanitizer.*Staff corrected the labeling of the bottle. Please ensure the labelling of chemical are done correctly to avoid any contamination in food.

- -No test strips for measuring the sanitizer level were available to staff during the inspection.*Please ensure that test strips are kept on-site for checking sanitizer levels. Testing should be conducted at least once a day to maintain the sanitation of food contact surfaces.
