Deficiencies noted during the inspection include:- work surfaces and walls were not easily cleanable as they were covered in cardboard or made of porous material.- dishes were being washed in kiddie pool and therefore were not being washed and sanitized in an approved manner.- there was no running water accessible in garage for dishwashing and handwashing.- containers of food were stored directly on ground.
