- Sink and surface sanitizer concentration was 0ppm in the spray bottle. This was corrected during the inspection. Corrected concentration was 700ppm. Ensure the sanitizer concentrations are tested frequently.

- Containers containing dough were observed to be on the floor. This was corrected during the inspection, and the dough containers were placed 6 inches off the ground.Ensure that all food products are stored 6 inches off the ground to prevent contamination.
