    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?

All units were discarded at the time of inspection. 2. Bake-in store cheese croissants were stored at ambient temperature display with other bake-in store shelf-stable products. The cheese filled nature of the product requires additional evidence for its safety for room temperature storage. Approved food safety plan could not be provided for this product for review. All units were discarded at the time of inspection. Store manager was requested to check with corporate on the food safety requirements with this product. Sales of this product are not permissible until approved plan and measures are in place. Note: No records exist for the hot food program for the month of April. Record keeping practices for prior months are inconsistent. • F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
      • Observation(s): All cold storage units (inclusive of chicken room and back storage room units) must have an accurate in-unit thermometer. The freezer was measured at 14.0 °C and the temperature of the product was measured at 10.2 °C. This product had been within this freezer since the morning for approximately 3 hours at the time of inspection. Since this product had been sitting in the temperature danger zone where pathogens can rapidly grow (between 4 °C and 60 °C) for greater than 2 hours, the manager was asked to discard the product. No other food items were being stored in the freezer.

Use chemical test strips to verify the Quat concentration and discard the solution if it is measured below the required concentration. Observed a flour scoop being stored within the flour container. This scoop should be stored outside of the container to avoid having the handle potentially contaminating the food within.

Very well stocked store. Clearly a very busy store too! Only saw one staff member but the shelves looked organized and the bathroom was quite clean. Slurpee machines and other drink stations in good working order. Would likely stop here again on the next road trip!

  • Nikita Adlam

Harjot helped me out, was amazing best service I have received here in Revelstoke. Wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟. He makes sure the Alani is always stoked up and looking great.

This 7/11 also has no wifi for me or my husband to spend our points, why am I even wasting the time to type my phone number in

  • Jeremiah McCarthy

Was enjoying stopping in regularly over the years but now I live here, and I absolutely feel the other comment about only one pleasant employee. I’ll be switching up my routine now as a result — maybe the bad vibe employees are just passively warning customers. But something up.

  • Katherine White

Anytime Fay is working the food is so fresh and good, let’s be real who doesn’t love a good 711 Glizzy. Other times buns have been stale stuffs out and not good but if she’s at work it’s fire every time! 💖

  • Dewaine Beard

7-Eleven is a reliable oasis for snacks and drinks whenever you are on the road. Never the cleanest or most organized, but solid and consistent.

  • rob martini

Great people, the employees always seem Pleasant.

  • Sonic F

Bought the chicken, wedges and corn dog at late night a few days ago and paid for everyhing. The staff tried to upsell the product nicely and I totally understand but refused friendly. When going back to the hotel, we found the corn dog was missing. It's so late and there is no other restaurant opening...and we were too tired to go back there after a long road trip. Make sure to check the stuff you order before you leave.

I don't understand why an Indian staff member says something in pursuit and says it's a joke. Is it that hard to give a receipt for a gas pump? His words also sounded racist.
